Mohammed Saqib
Professor Mohammed Saqib is a renowned Indian economist who has worked with prominent Indian think tanks such as the Institute for Economic Growth, the Indian Council of International Relations, and the Rajiv Gandhi Institute for Contemporary Studies, as well as the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation. Professor Saqib has served as an advisor to multiple government and international organizations, including the World Bank, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), European Union (EU), Asian Development Bank (ADB), India's Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and the Ministry of Environment and Forests. Additionally, Professor Saqib is the founder and Secretary-General of the India-China Economic and Cultural Council, and he is also the founder and CEO of Brief, a consultancy firm dedicated to addressing socio-economic challenges.
