Zeng Xianghong
Dr. Zeng Xianghong is the Associate Dean of the School of Politics and International Relations at Lanzhou University and a professor at the Institute for Central Asian Studies. He has served as a visiting scholar at George Washington University in the United States. Dr. Zeng has published over one hundred academic papers and eight books. His research interests include theories of international relations, issues in Central Asia and the Middle East, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and governance of terrorism.
