Tshilidzi Madzivhandila
Dr Tshilidzi Madzivhandila is an expert in applied research, policy analysis, monitoring and evaluation, policy advocacy specialist in the areas of agriculture, food systems and natural resources. Tshilidzi is also a member of the South African Government 3rd National Planning Commision to give guidnce on the implementation of the 2030 National Development Plan (NDP). He holds a PhD degree in Economics from University of New England, Australia.
