Hai Guo
Hai Guo's research focuses on Sino-Japanese relations, emphasizing Japanese foreign policy from a historical perspective. He earned his Ph.D. in East Asian Studies from the University of Leeds before joining the Institute of Public Policy (IPP) at the South China University of Technology in 2019. As the Director of the Center for Foreign Policy Research at IPP, Hai Guo oversees multiple research projects and has contributed to the publication of over 60 policy papers.
