Dr. Paul G. Clifford is Non-resident Senior Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School and author of The China Paradox. At the Front Line of Economic Transformation. He has worked in China in banking, strategy consulting and high tech. He was educated as a historian at the University of London and at Peking University.
