Marc-Antoine Eyl-Mazzega
Marc-Antoine Eyl-Mazzega is the director of the Center for Energy & Climate at the French Institute of International Relations. He was the Russia & Sub-Saharan Africa Programme Manager at the International Energy Agency (IEA), conducting oil and gas market analyses. He also held various other positions, such as at the Robert Schuman Foundation, where he was in charge of a Ukraine observatory. He holds a Ph.D. from Sciences Po Paris in international relations.
