Xinyue Zhang
Xinyue Zhang is Director of the Division of International Exchanges at the National Institute for South China Sea Studies, Haikou, China. Her research interests include China’s maritime history, maritime policy, international law concerning territorial acquisition, and international relations in the Asia-Pacific. As a young scholar, she has contributed to several national-level research projects in China.
